A beautiful townhouse in Greenpoint gets a modern and loft like renovation.

Our Greenpoint Townhouse renovation was a full gut renovation that converted it from a 2 family townhouse into a single family home. An all new layout was designed to provide a large loft like living floor, with a sleeping floor above and game and work rooms below. The parti required an interconnected stair that tied all the spaces together, and a new metal and wood staircase was designed connecting the floors together. The rear yard facade was updated with larger windows bringing in light throughout the house.
